DIPS APP
（Basic concept）
Article 1
The information of users of “DIPS APP” (hereinafter called “this App”) is collected to the extent necessary for smooth management of the services (online application procedure, etc.) provided in this Site (hereinafter called “user information”). The collected information will be handled appropriately to the extent of the purposes of use.

Article 2
- This App automatically acquires the following user information:
- Applicant ID of the Drone/UAS Information Platform System (registration function) (hereinafter called “DIPS-REG”)provided by the JCAB of the MLIT (hereinafter called “Ministry”) and entered when using this App, usage history of the application programming interface (hereinafter “API”), and access information such as the connection source IP address;
- Information collected by the information collection module specified in Article 7
- This App uses the information acquired in paragraph 1 for the following purposes:
- Smooth management, analysis, and improvement of the services and functions provided by this App;
- Management of the users of this app and delivery of notifications and information from this App;
- Reference information for future policy planning in the Ministry
(Measures to secure safety)
Article 3
We shall prevent leak, loss, or damage of the collected information and take the other necessary measures for appropriate management of the collected information.
(Disclosure of personal information)
Article 4
This App does not collect any other personally identifiable information excluding the user information. The user information is retained personal information of which the users themselves can request disclosure according to the provisions of “Act on the Protection of Personal Information Held by Administrative Organs (Act No. 51 of May 27, 2016),” but we shall decide upon deliberation whether to perform disclosure, etc.

Article 5
This privacy policy shall apply to this App alone. Each organization shall be responsible for handling of information in the competent governmental authorities, etc.
(Limitation on use and provision)

- We shall not use the collected information for any other purposes than the purpose or provide it to any third parties unless a disclosure request is made based on laws and regulations, any illegal act such as unauthorized access and thread is conducted, or there are any other special circumstances.
- When using personal information, we shall deeply understand the importance of personal information protection and use it within the range of its purpose of use. If we consign all or part of the processing of personal information owned by Mynaportal, etc. to a third party, we shall make considerations for the selection of the consignee as well as perform the necessary supervision, etc. for appropriate management as with the Ministry.

Article 8
This Privacy Policy may be revised. Revisions are notified before or during the installation of this App or when this App is started. For revisions of important matters, we shall obtain the user’s agreement before or during the installation of this App or when this App is started. In the event of discrepancy between the English version and the Japanese version of the contents in this privacy policy, the Japanese-language version shall prevail.
